Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Aumeya, every piece of jewelry is hand-crafted with care and individuality. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and customer safety, we follow a strict cancellation and return policy:

1. Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

• Customised orders (personalised or made-to-order pieces) cannot be cancelled after confirmation, and are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

• In such rare cases, you must notify us on the same day of delivery, along with a mandatory video recording of the parcel being opened — without this, we will not be able to process your request.

• Each product is carefully packed only after a thorough quality check. However, if any damage occurs during transit:

  • You may choose to send the item back at your own expense, or

  • Contact our customer support to help arrange reverse pickup (where available).

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

• All Aumeya jewelry is handcrafted and often studded with semi-precious stones.

• Slight irregularities or imperfections in design, polish, or symmetry are natural characteristics of handcrafted items, and are not considered defects.

• These minor variations are part of what makes each piece truly unique — just like you.
