• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

• Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch of the order.

• In case of a damaged or tampered package, customers are advised not to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately.

4. Cancellation & Returns

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product received is damaged or defective.

• For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with unboxing video proof.

• All products sold by Aumeya are made with a 925 silver base and coated with premium gold plating.

• While we strive to display products accurately, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography or screen differences.
